Perforated Plate: Tread Plate and Anti-Skidding Flooring Panels

Perforated metal tread plates are processed via stamping of metal sheet coils according to digital controlled holes and staggered distance. Mold or die is made before the metal plates are punched to ensure the precise control of technical data. Metal tread plates are mostly made with aluminum or galvanized steel checker plate. The raised bar patterns are arranged in diamond shape, also called diamond plate, stamped metal sheet or punching plate.
